Welcome to Blueprint Nutrition

Enjoy Nourishing Your Body

Our team at Blueprint Nutrition is dedicated to helping you fall back in love with food, become confident in the kitchen and enjoy nourishing your body – for everyday life and optimal performance.

At Blueprint Nutrition, we are here to help families and athletes see food in a fresh, new light.

Whether you are struggling with family mealtimes or a digestive condition, wondering how best to fuel yourself for your next competition or struggling with disordered eating; we can help.

Our team of dedicated registered dietitians has helped more than 800 families, individuals and athletes who decided they wanted to improve their relationship with food; we can help you too!

Our Blueprint Nutrition practice aligns with:

  • HAES (Health at Every Size)
  • Removing shame and guilt from food and eating
  • Supporting all bodies and nurturing body image resilience
  • Honouring your personal, family, and/or cultural traditions around food
  • A non-judgmental approach
  • We want you to enjoy food; we don’t want you to ‘diet’ or count calories.
  • We want you to have a positive relationship with your body.
  • We want you to honor your personal, family, and/or cultural traditions around food and celebrate food in a way that is meaningful to you and your family.
  • We want you to feel confident, move forward and break through the current stress and anxiety you are experiencing.
  • We want you to stop googling, and start listening to your body.
  • (And for our athletes), we want you to fuel your body to crush your goals, hit those personal bests and feel renewed energy.

Imagine how that will feel!

“Whether you’re struggling with family mealtimes or fuelling yourself for your next race, you’re in the right place!”

Land Acknowledgement

We, at Blueprint Nutrition, recognize that we live and work as uninvited settlers on the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples which are also the treaty lands and territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation (treaty 3) and are covered by the Between the Lakes Purchase of 1792 and the Dish with the One Spoon wampum belt covenant. As we learn more about our national history of colonization, genocide, imperialism and ongoing traumas that have occurred on these lands against Indigenous people and people of colour, we recognize we have a responsibility to address colonialism beyond this acknowledgement.

In our process of learning and reconciliation, Blueprint Nutrition is providing financial contributions to Water First which helps to address water challenges in Indigenous communities in Canada through education, training and collaboration.

Rosanne Robinson, RD

Co-Owner, Director of Family & Child Division

In cultivating a safe space for curiosity and compassion, I help parents let go of shame and guilt around their current feeding struggles with their child and help them re-establish trust in the feeding relationship. My goal is to empower parents with the knowledge and tools they need to raise healthy kids that have a good relationship with food and their bodies. I wholeheartedly believe that HOW we feed kids matters as much as, if not more, than WHAT we feed them. This is something that I’ve seen firsthand while feeding my own two children! I use a wide range of evidence-based approaches to support families struggling with picky eating, feeding disorders, growth concerns, and neurodiversities.

Cara Kasdorf, MAN, RD

Co-Owner | Director of Sport Division

I first developed an interest in nutrition as a high school runner and grew passionate about how whole foods can best nourish and fuel the body for sport and performance. This interest propelled me into my career as a dietitian.

As a marathon runner myself, I understand the unique needs, demands, and challenges of endurance athletes. Eating as an athlete means understanding how to fuel your body for what it needs, listening to and respecting what your body is telling you, truly enjoying delicious and nourishing food, and most of all, appreciating all that your body does for you!

I am committed to helping my clients find an individualized and sustainable approach that fuels them for their pursuits in their sport and life.

Anneke Hobson, RD, MPH, MA

Anneke’s goal is to help families raise relaxed, healthy, and intuitive eaters right from the start.

Feeding her own child has taught her how challenging parenting and feeding can be, and she loves to pass on practical, realistic insights to her clients. After working with parents and caregivers for 7 years, Anneke has found that taking a holistic approach to feeding babies and kids is much more effective than looking only at which foods are offered. Understanding the relationship with food and the eating context (environment, routine, and emotions) can make a powerful difference in kids’ mental and physical health.

Anneke specializes in feeding kids, and also in plant-based eating. Whether your family is flexitarian, vegetarian, or vegan, Anneke can support you with a balanced, nutritious plant-based diet. Inclusivity is also extremely important to Anneke, and she enjoys working with clients with different family and relationship structures, and people of all genders.
