Fast & Fuelled

Learn how to fuel your body for maximum results.

What if you had access to a secret that could bring all of your hard work to the next level?

We’re talking faster times, stronger muscles, more energy, bigger results
– all the good stuff we yearn for, but that often eludes us.

That is what our signature FAST & FUELLED program delivers, and so much more.

In this 3-month program, you will discover exactly how to fuel your body:
what your body needs for training, competitions, and yes, rest.

You will go from feeling frustrated and exhausted to beyond pumped and motivated at your progress and results.

You’ll ditch the deprivation diets, trendy food fixes and overexertion, and trade them in for wholesome food that fuels, sport-specific strategies and a love and appreciation for your body and muscles that keep you moving.

Before we tell you more about FAST & FUELLED (F&F), let’s figure out if this program is right for you. We designed F&F for athletes and runners who:

  • Want to figure out how to optimally fuel their body for training and competition in order to avoid fatigue, injury and stagnation.
  • Feel guilty about food choices, are constantly ‘tracking’ food and deprive themselves, always feeling unsatisfied.
  • Are tired and always seem to lack the necessary energy needed to train the way they want to.
  • Have done and tried everything, feel like they try to eat super healthy and train really hard, but still don’t see the results they desire.
  • Are experiencing injuries and setbacks on a regular basis.
  • Struggle with digestive concerns during competition.

"Athletes often underestimate their nutrient needs. You are asking your body to work hard for you. It's time to give it the nourishment it needs and deserves."

Let me introduce myself:

I first developed an interest in nutrition as a high school runner and grew passionate about how whole foods can best nourish and fuel the body for sport and performance.

Early on as a student-athlete, I thought eating well was all about restriction, deprivation and following a prescribed plan. Adhering to this type of eating myself – I often felt miserable, obsessed over what I ate and expended loads of energy worrying about everything I put in my mouth.

Now, as a registered dietician and seasoned marathon runner, I understand how wrong and damaging that approach can be, but sadly, how prevalent it is in the athletic world. I truly believe that eating as an athlete means understanding how to fuel your body for what it needs, listening to and respecting what your body is telling you, enjoying delicious and nourishing food, and most of all, appreciating all that your body does for you!

If you can relate to this and feel like you are struggling with some of the same things, I’d love to help.
