Before I tell you more about THE FEEDING FIX, let me tell you exactly who I created it for ….

If you:

  • Dread mealtimes, and just know it’s going to end badly
  • Cook separate meals for different family members; nobody likes the same thing
  • Battle “mom guilt” over the fact that your kid eats little to no fruits or veggies
  • Stare at your grocery list wondering what you can buy that your family will actually eat
  • Never get to cook and enjoy what you want to eat
  • Are absolutely fed up and exhausted with meal planning and prepping
  • Can’t get your kids to try anything new, constant mealtime battles
  • Stressed about how to navigate treats & sweets
  • Are depending on social media as your only source of nutrition information

… then my FEEDING FIX program may be the answer to your challenges.

Let me introduce myself:

Hi, I’m Rosanne. Mom of two (one adventurous eater and one who is learning to be!) and I’m the co-owner of Blueprint Nutrition.

I help parents let go of the shame and guilt they feel around their current food struggles and mealtime battles with their child(ren).

My goal is to empower parents with the knowledge and tools they need to raise kids that have a good relationship with food and their bodies.

I wholeheartedly believe that HOW we feed kids matters as much, if not more, than WHAT we feed them.

I promise to see your child for who they are, not labelled by their condition or struggles with food. I promise to celebrate the tiny successes along the way (with them and you), because when we find glimmers of hope in the journey, that is where the true joy is found.
